From tailgates to downtown bar scenes even the most tasteless occasions can be spruced up with the right expertise. Keeping with the Tip Top times, the mobile bar cart will be fashioned after a vintage car and will be slinging exclusively Tip Top cocktails.

Tip Top is bringing the best of the 1920s to college dive bars across the country, with the help of Barstool, who knows just how college students like to party.
